Who can join an Atelier experience?
Our experiences welcome photographers and creative professionals who value distinctive imagery, thoughtful collaboration and professional standards. Any experience-specific requirements will be clearly stated before booking.
Do I need to be an experienced photographer?
Not always. Many workshops, Camera Club sessions and studio days are suitable for different experience levels. Some advanced masterclasses may require prior knowledge, which will be explained in the event description.
What is included in my booking?
Inclusions vary between experiences and may include professional models, studio or location access, lighting assistance, creative direction, styling, refreshments, meals, accommodation or transport. Please check the individual event details carefully.
How do I reserve a place?
Use the enquiry form or contact the Atelier directly. We will confirm availability, provide the relevant booking information and explain the deposit or payment required to secure your place.
Can I attend by myself?
Absolutely. Many guests join independently. Atelier experiences are designed to be welcoming, collaborative environments where participants can create, learn and connect with other professionals.
Can I attend with a friend or share a space?
Yes, selected Atelier experiences offer shared places, allowing two photographers to attend together and share the allocated shooting time and cost. Non-participating companions may also be permitted at certain events by prior arrangement. Please enquire before booking, as availability and arrangements vary.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Cancellation and refund arrangements depend on the experience and the commitments already made on your behalf. The applicable booking terms will be provided before payment. Please contact us as early as possible if your circumstances change.
Can I spread the cost of my booking?
Payment plans may be available for selected workshops, tours and international experiences. An agreed deposit will usually be required to secure your place, with the remaining balance divided into manageable instalments before the final payment deadline. Please contact us to discuss the options available for your chosen experience.
Can I attend only part of a workshop or studio day?
Sometimes. Shorter attendance or a half-day place may be available by prior arrangement, depending on the structure of the experience and remaining availability. As your place may still reserve a full participant space, the cost will not necessarily be reduced by half. Please contact us for an individual quote.
Can I join only part of an international retreat or arrange my own accommodation?
Yes, selected retreats may offer shorter-stay, day-attendance or non-residential options. You may also be able to arrange your own accommodation and join the scheduled creative programme. Availability, transport, meals and pricing will depend on the retreat, so please enquire for a personalised option before making any independent travel arrangements.
